Essential Wedding Package
Best suited for those seeking a simple, yet elegant and memorable photo experience. Recommended for weddings with less than 75 guests.
ALL WEDDING PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
• Peace of mind.
• Initial consultation and 8-10 hours shooting time on day of event.
• Professional assistant(s) to the photographer.
• Unlimited, high-end digital exposures - and/or -
• 15 rolls of 36 exp. film. - black & white and color. (over 525 exposures)
• All high-end digital exposures burned to DVD FREE OF CHARGE.
• ALL 4x6" proof prints from film and/or digital exposures INCLUDED.
• ALL film rolls burned to DVD for use in digital media
• Option to buy rights to ALL film negatives and/or digital exposures.
• CUSTOMIZED web photo gallery for sharing with family and friends.
• Ability to order high-quality digital prints from your web photo gallery.
• Black & white, sepia, and color prints available on a variety of fine papers.
• FREE hosting for your web photo gallery on our servers.
• 4 8x10" archival prints including EXPERT photo retouching.
• 8 5x7" archival prints including EXPERT photo retouching.
• Transportation costs up to 120 miles outside of metro New York.
• Large selection of wedding albums available at additional cost.

Intermediate Wedding Package
Recommended for weddings with no more than 150 guests.
INTERMEDIATE PACKAGES INCLUDE:
• Even more peace of mind.
• Everything mentioned above in the ESSENTIAL package.
• More digital exposures.
• More film exposures.
• More retouched 8x10 and 4x5 archival prints.
• Your choice of wedding album included.
• Custom thank you cards included.
Deluxe Wedding Package
Recommended for large weddings with 150+ guests.
DELUXE PACKAGES INCLUDE:
• The most peace of mind.
• Everything mentioned above in the packages.
• Additional photographer(s).
• More digital exposures.
• More film exposures.
• Transfer of film negative ownership.
• More retouched 8x10 and 4x5 archival prints.
• Your choice of wedding album included.
• Album layout services included.
• Custom thank you cards included.
Things to Consider
• Creating a specific shot list for the photographer(s).
• Designate a point person at event to deal with vendors.
• Time over 8 hours is $365. per hr. per photographer.
• Additional rolls of film are $35. per roll and include 4x6" proofs.
• Double sets of 4x6" Proofs are additional $30. per roll.
• 2nd photographer, includes unlimited digital exposures - $999.
• Extensive use of lighting set-up for wedding portraits - $199.
• Travel beyond 120 miles of metro New York - custom rate applies.
• Additional prints outside of your package are available.
• Wedding albums available through the studio.
• Wedding album layout services available through the studio.
• Family and friends can order prints through your web gallery.
• We offer an exceptional product for the price.

Terms of Payment
50% deposit due upon booking. Final 50% due upon receipt of deliverables. Payment for your shoot is by cash, check, or credit card. (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.)
30 DAY NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF WEDDINGS AND EVENTS. BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
